Wastequip, Cleveland, promoted John Scott to be the company's new president and CEO, effective Oct. 7. Scott most recently served as the president of Wastequip's Specialty Group. He also was president and CEO of Toter Inc. until it was acquired by Wastequip in April 2007. "I am honored to be named CEO of Wastequip at this important time…" Scott said in a press release. "I look forward to working with all Wastequip employees to continue to design, manufacture and deliver innovative, high-quality products to our customers in a cost efficient manner."
