Phoenix Expands RecycleBank Program

The city of Phoenix has expanded its RecycleBank program by 30,000 households. Phoenix launched the program in 30,000 households at the end of November. Another 35,000 residences are slated to be added by the end of March. The RecycleBank program is used in cities nationwide and rewards households with points based on the amount they recycle.
